1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of the purchase date.

Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, may not be eligible for returns unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2. How to Return Your Product

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for return, and photos of the item (if necessary).
  • Once your return is authorized, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Full Refunds: If the item meets our return criteria, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide you with a replacement or refund at no additional cost. To expedite this process, please send us photos of the damage or defect.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different style or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. International Returns

For international customers, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method, and any customs fees paid will not be refunded.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at info@flytopic.click, and we will investigate the issue.

8. Exchanges or Returns Due to Change of Mind

If you change your mind after purchasing, you are still eligible for a return as long as the product is in new, unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility in these cases.
